His recent self-titled EP is a collection of 5 songs written and recorded over the past year, showcasing a slightly darker tone than his previous EP, The Trouble in Me. Blending folk, Americana, indie rock, and touches of country, Matthew strikes a balance between fuzz-drenched tones and stripped-down acoustic moments. With the new deluxe version of the EP, he has added a few acoustic versions plus his take on the classic INXS hit, “Never Tear Us Apart”.

The Trampoline Delay
The Trampoline Delay makes guitar-driven indie rock for people who still care about melody. Built on fuzzy guitars, restless rhythms, and hooks that linger, the band pulls from ’90s alternative and power pop, filtered through a modern indie lens that feels raw, direct, and alive.
“Tandem Bike”, is a shoegaze-leaning indie-rock track that trades big choruses for noise, mood, and emotional weight.

New Nobility
Born from the profound realisation that love stands as the most potent force humanity encounters, surpassing fear, distance, time, or logic,
“Love Moves the World” paints a vivid portrait of passion’s dual nature. This track explores how genuine love liberates from isolation, yet exacts a profound toll, stripping away defences, forgiving imperfections, and drawing souls together across any divide.
